Hiya!

So below is a questionnaire that I would like you to fill out so that I can get a better sense of what you have planned for your wedding day.

In regards to specific images, please DO NOT list anything that can be found on my standard wedding day shot list. If its clearly wedding related, I will shoot it ;)

As a reminder, my wedding prep guide was created to show you what I need from you and how much time I need to create the best possible images I can for you.

If anything below does not apply to you, just put "n/a"

Coordinators Name, Email and Phone

Prep shots/Getting Ready Shots are not mandatory. Please list which partner would like prep shots captured. If neither of you would like prep shots, put n/a.

PLEASE ONLY LIST THE PARTNER, I don't need a list of who all will be in the room while you're getting ready.

Any special instructions i need for finding your prep location?

Ex: you cant see it from the street, its in ABC Apartment Complex, parking is weird....

Are there any codes I need to get in any gates/buildings/apts?

What time is hair and/or makeup scheduled to start?

What time are you allowed to arrive to the ceremony space?

Will I need to pay to park anytime during the day?

What time does the ceremony begin?

Will your guests have a specific dress code?

Reception Address

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Is capturing your reception exit imperative?

Note: Your coverage start time will be based on this.

Will you be able to take any group photos before the ceremony?

Any sensitive family info you'd like me to be mindful of?

Are there any images you don't want to forget to take? (Please DO NOT list obvious + standard images like "guests playing lawn games", " the wedding party", "the bride getting ready")
