Hiya! Im Kelley, and I’m here to make all of your elopement or wedding photo dreams come true. I’ve been a professional third wheel for five years now. I get to travel all over the world shooting some good stuff. Awesome job, I know. Year after year couples trust me to take care of them and deliver their most precious moments, and I absolutely do. I’ve worked with amazing individuals, rad celebrities, cool brands, and now hopefully you!
so you ready to be #weddingsquadgoals, or what?
i wanna get to know ya!
You should definitely schedule your consultation asap so we can get to know each other better! During our chat, we’ll discuss more details about your wedding day and what you might need from me besides doubling as the security guard (which is totally a part of my job description, fyi). Because I travel a lot, consultations are done quickly and easily via a phone call or virtual meeting.
Let’s Talk Investment!
A non-refundable retainer + contract is required to officially secure your wedding date.
Once I send off your contract, I will place a soft hold on your wedding date for SEVEN days (or until someone else requests your date, whichever comes first). If you feel like you need more than 7 days to get your deposit together, just let me know via email and I will extend your hold (if I can).
for Continental U.S. Weddings
Wedding dates booked less more than 6 months in advance require a 50% of the base rate + 100% of the travel fee paid up front to hold your wedding date.
Wedding dates booked less than 6 months in advance require a 100% deposit to hold your wedding date.
For all wedding dates, your remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to your wedding date.
for International/HI/AK Weddings
International weddings require a 50% of the base rate + 100% of the travel fee paid up front to hold your wedding date.
Your remaining balance is due no later than 120 days prior to your wedding date.
Your contract is required to be signed digitally and your payments are required to be made via online invoice. I only accept contracted payments (via credit, debit or bank transfer) through my online invoicing system (no cash, no venmo, no cashapp, no checks, etc).
travel fee info
Weddings and engagement sessions within a 4-hour drive from Atlanta, GA 30315 require a travel fee of $750 per every 2 days required to travel.
Continental U.S. Weddings and engagement sessions outside of Georgia require a travel fee of $2,500 per every 2 days required to travel for me and $750 for my assistant photographer if appl.
International/HI/AK Weddings and engagement sessions begin at $5,000 per every 2 days required to travel and $1500 for my assistant if appl.
Once quoted, travel fees are non-negotiable. Clients are strictly prohibited from making travel arrangements on my behalf in an effort to avoid paying travel fees.
and just in case…
…another couple inquires about your date before you’ve officially booked:
It is very common for me to receive multiple requests for the same date within a very short time frame, as the general masses typically follow the the same internet suggestion of when to book their photographer. Keep in mind lots of people are planning their wedding at the same time you are! No date is officially off the table for others until a retainer has been paid. So it is suggested that you schedule your consultation within 1-3 days from the time you inquired to avoid someone else scheduling theirs sooner than you and subsequently receiving their contract before you.
…you think you need to remind me that you love candids:
I know. And I gotcha ;) Most of your wedding day will be shot in documentary style, capturing candids all over the place, so no need to worry about that. Your couples portraits will however include creative direction because most people don’t know what to do in front of the camera. I don't like to leave my couples confused, wondering what to do with their hands, their eyes, their…whatever. I prefer you look like rock stars at all times, as should you.
wedding cancellation or rescheduling Force Majeure clause
I love you so much wedding bestie. But once a payment is made (whether retainer, balance, travel fee, or anything in between) that money will not be refunded due to any event beyond my or anyones control. This includes your local government forcing your venue to close. Or the country border to your elopement destination has decided not to let us fly in. Even if the earth implodes on itself, or if walking outside looks like an episode of American Horror Story: Apocalypse. The Force Majeure Clause will survive it all.
Times are not like they used to be, and even though literally anything can happen tomorrow, I applaud you for pushing forward with your love celebration. However, should anything happen that may cause you to cancel those wedding day plans after you’ve submitted a payment to me, please understand in advance that the Force Majeure Clause in your contract will not be waived for any reason, however I will work with you as best I can in an effort to get a new wedding date or (session credit if your wedding is cancelled) on the books (if requested).
Now back to wedding planning!
alllll the faqs

Q// How would you describe your photography style?
I shoot/edit with feeling in mind. Feeling, vibe, essence, aura, whatever you call it, thats what I aim to capture. It's easy to capture what we see, but what about what we cant see? How will you remember how you felt? Storytelling is about more than just the what, its about the why as well. My photography can be categorized as moody over light and airy; documentary rather than fine art; lifestyle instead of traditional. I like my images to reflect real. I play with shadows. I capture tiny details that you may not even notice. I shoot the way I feel someone would want to remember.
Q// How many weddings have you shot?
A lot.
Q// Do you bring your own lighting?
Yes. But natural light is my bestie.
Q// Do I have to provide food for you (and your assistant if applicable) during the reception?
A meal is required for weddings over 4 hours. Please kindly let your coordinator know that our meal should be served at the same time as yours, so that we can be done when you are, and fully prepared to get back to shooting when speeches start. If we are forced to start eating after your last guest has been been released to eat, we will not be fully prepared to start shooting the first speech, which is typically while people are still eating.
Q// Are you vegetarian? Do you have any dietary restrictions?
No.
Q// What if you get sick last minute and you can't shoot our wedding?
I will send a photographer who shoots as closely to my style as I can find in my place.
Q// Do you do posed family portraits during the wedding?
Of course. I don't blog posed family portraits but I do take them at every wedding where they are requested. These typically take 10-20 minutes total to shoot depending on how long it takes to wrangle family members and how many photo combinations have been requested. Try to keep these short and sweet if you can.
Q// How long does an engagement session typically last?
Engagement session times vary by where we go and how much fun we're having. Typically we would be shooting an hour if shooting in one general location, two hours if you want to hit 2-3 locations or opt for a day-in-the-life session (a documentary-style session where I capture you at different spots around the city that fit your personality; literally things that you would actually do).
Q// What makes a cool engagement session?
Cool engagement sessions are more than just venturing to your local park at noon (because you think lots of blinding sunshine is best for photos) in matching outfits. Yikes! Let’s not. First off, dusk or dawn light makes everyone look like a rockstar. And second, taking a stroll through an arts district, drinks on a rooftop, the beach at sunset, a boardwalk with a fist full of cotton candy, "hiking" through a national park, a cozy indoor session in a decked out home (or someones else’s decked out home...), picking a neighborhood and just walking with no set agenda, these are just a few awesome session ideas and the best way to get honest, authentic candids and portraits. Also keep in mind your engagement session doesn't have to be in your city, we can go anywhere. Get creative!
Q// Can my parent pay you?
Yes. Mom or Dad can pay via the invoice link that I send you, again, no snail mail or paper checks.
Q// What happens if we don't pay our remaining balance on time?
My contract states that a $25 fee is added to your balance every day you're late. I'd much rather just get paid on time though. Same as you when you’re expecting a paycheck :)
Q// Can I upgrade my package after I have already booked?
Yes, if you decide you would like to add on more hours after you have already booked, you can. Your balance invoice will be updated to reflect your new balance.
Q// My wedding venue requires all outside vendors to have a certificate of insurance, do you have that?
Yep.
Q// If we want to go to a location for our engagement session or wedding that requires a parking fee, admission ticket, boat ride, plane ticket, overnight stay, etc does your base rate include that?
No; out of the ordinary additional payments needed to fulfill your photography dreams are not already included in my base rate. So for example if you want me to meet you at ABC Botanical Gardens and the ticket fee is $20 you would be responsible for purchasing my ticket. If you want me to meet you anywhere where parking would be more than $5, you would be responsible for covering my parking. If you live in New York but you want to shoot your engagement session in New Mexico, you would be responsible for covering my flight and hotel accommodations, etc.
Q// Will you visit our venue prior to the wedding?
A venue visit has absolutely no impact on how I will photograph your day, so this is not something that I typically accept invites to do.
Q// How long can I access my photo gallery after the wedding is over?
Your online gallery will be available for unlimited downloads for one calendar year from your wedding date.
Q// What images might we expect in our gallery? Do we have to tell you what images we want?
Images I typically take at a wedding can be found on < this list >. You do not need to give me a list of typical wedding images (which is basically everything on this list). You don't need to tell me to capture things like "my dress", "photo with my parent" or other things that are super obvious. Feel free to mention not so obvious things like "i want a picture with my 2-year old cousin from London".
Q// I would be considered a high-profile/celebrity client, can you hold off on posting any of my images until they've been published to maintain exclusivity?
Absolutely. Please make this request prior to contract signing so that I can send you the appropriate contract.
Q// Do we get the copyrights to the images taken?
No. Your contract grants you permission to share, and print your images but copyright ownership is not transferable.
Q// Can we have the .RAW, unedited images? Can we have all the images?
The base rate covers edited .JPGs only; .RAW photos are unavailable for purchase. You will not receive every image taken during the day, you will receive the BEST images taken during the day. If you would like to purchase un-edited .JPGs for personal use, they can be delivered in addition to the edited .JPGs for an additional fee of $250 per un-edited .JPG file.
Q// How many edited images can we expect to receive after the wedding?
More than enough.
Q// How long will it take to receive our images?
4-8 weeks depending on my workload.
Q// Will you blog us?
Maybe :)
Q// What if we absolutely do not want you to post ANY of our images anywhere on the internet to assist you in booking future business?
Let’s chat before you book.
